    Casa Eucalyptus Villa Booking Terms and Conditions

    1. Bookings
    The availability page on this website gives an indication of the current booking position but is not a guarantee of availability. If Casa Eucalyptus is shown as available, please complete the booking form with your preferred dates to make a provisional reservation inquiry.

    2. Deposit
    A holiday reservation becomes confirmed when a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the holiday price is received. Up to that time it is a provisional booking and will be held for a maximum of 2 days. Remittances must be made in pounds sterling credit/bank transfer BACS bank transfer. The deposit is returnable if the booking is not accepted.

    3. Final Payment
    The full balance of the total holiday cost is payable not later than 60 days prior to your arrival date. If the full balance is not paid on time we reserve the right to cancel the booking, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

    4. Damage Deposit

    The final balance will include a £400 damage deposit. This will be refunded to your nominated bank account 7-10 days after departure, provided no damages are incurred or extra cleaning hours required post departure.

    5. Cancellation
    If a guest cancels less than 60 days before the holiday begins we will endeavour to re-book the property and, if successful, will refund monies paid less the deposit. 

    With more than 60 days cancellation notice, we will offer you alternative dates (price to be adjusted on new dates based on selling price) If alternative dates are not acceptable, the deposit is forfeited and any paid balance paid will be refunded.

    Guests are therefore advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover any eventuality.

    6. Right to refuse
    We reserve the right to refuse any booking and, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel or alter arrangements made for you. If we should need to cancel the booking due to circumstances beyond our control we will refund in full all monies paid to us by you.

    7. Arrival and Departure
    Casa Eucalyptus will be available to you from 4.00pm on the arrival day. We will supply a code, unique to you, for the secure key box placed at the property or we will meet at the property to handover keys. The property must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure in order that cleaning can take place.

    8. Parking
    You may park directly outside the front entrance or in front of the garage.

    9. Guest obligations
    a. Smoking in the property, is not permitted.
    b. Any breakage, loss or damage must be reported and paid for. Reasonable replacement costs will be deducted from the damage deposit and further costs billed should the value exceed £400.
    c. Please leave the accommodation in as clean and tidy condition as you found it. 

    d. The guest undertakes to permit us reasonable access to the property but we will endeavour to do so only if essential and when convenient to the guest.
    e. The accommodation is for the sole use of guests listed on the booking form.
    f. The guest undertakes not to cause an annoyance to other guests or neighbours.
    g. If, in the opinion of the owners of Casa Eucalyptus, any guest is not suitable to remain on the premises because of unreasonable behaviour or damage, the guest may be asked to leave their accommodation and no refund shall be due.

    10. Liability
    Casa Eucalyptus owners are not to be held responsible for the loss of any valuables left on or around the premises and are not liable for any damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which may be sustained in or around the property.

    11. Safety
    Guests must accept responsibility for their own and their children’s safety inside the property and when outside.

    12. Complaints
