Four beautifully decorated bedrooms sleep 6 adults and 4 kids + up to 3 babies in cots. The main bedroom features a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a super king bed. Kids’ bunk room has 2 x sets of bunkbeds (sleeps 4) plus a full bathroom shared by the twin and bunk rooms. The annex has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom.
Outside of July and August smaller groups can rent the house as a 3 bedroom set up with low occupancy discount.
The property has a beautiful and secure private garden with play equipment (swings and playhouse), sun-beds, and a furnished private terrace complete with BBQ. It also has access to a large communal outdoor pool (unheated), as well as tennis and padel courts. Stairs can be blocked off with wooden animal-shaped barriers.
Baby gear provided: cots, highchairs, booster seats, potty, baby monitors, plastic cutlery, changing mat, bed guard, steriliser, socket covers, baby den, baby bath & non slip bath mat. Multiple cots and highchairs can be made available on request. Stair gates are fitted to ensure your kids’ safety.
Bath toys, kids books, various toys and games, Xbox, U-rated kids DVDs, buckets and spades are also provided. Free WIFI is provided.
The property is conveniently located between Marbella and Estepona with easy access to the N-340 motorway. The nearest beach is within a 20-30 minute stroll from the house. Centro Diana shopping centre offers a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdressers/beauty salon and is just 600m away. El Campanario Golf & Country Club is a 2-minute walk from the house where guests can purchase a 7 day family membership to use the indoor pool, gym and spa.
Bookings are taken from Saturday (4pm check-in) to Saturday (10am check-out) for 7, 14 or 21 night stays.
As you enter the main house from the spacious covered patio, you are greeted with an open plan living space featuring a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a spacious living room with large flatscreen TV (Apple TV and Netflix). Just beyond is the conservatory and bar area, which features the main indoor dining area. The conservatory’s glass curtain leads out to the private garden and barbeque area, which includes a large outdoor table for alfresco dining.
The main house features three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom is smartly decorated and offers a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, and modern en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single beds with an option to convert them into a super king bed. This bedroom offers a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunshine. The third bedroom is for the kids and offers two sets of bunkbeds to sleep up to 4 children. The kids room offers a huge selection of books, toys and games for the little ones to enjoy. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom.
The fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom (the Annex) benefits from its own private entrance, located in the covered entrance patio. This suite is ideal for grandparents or older kids as it offers a bit of extra privacy from the main house.
The sliding glass curtain leads out from the conservatory to the townhouse’s private garden. The main garden features 4 sun lounges and a raised barbeque deck with a large 10-person, picnic-styled dining table. There is even a small picnic table for the little ones! The garden steps lead up to the kids’ play area, featuring a wooden playhouse and slide. Just outside the garden perimeter, majestic eucalyptus trees offer some lovely shade in the late afternoon. A short walk down the neighbourhood street, you will find the spacious fenced-in swimming pool surrounded by extensive lawns and gardens. The pool is available all seasons. Next to the pool, you will find the tennis and padel courts. Both courts are free to use by residents and guests, and equipment is provided too. There is also a children’s play area just beyond the swimming pool.
